I am proud to serve as an Assistant Principal here at Mint Hill Middle School! I was a part of the Faculty that opened the building in August of 2003 and am still excited about being a Miner and helping students along the “Miner’s Path”. Through Personalized Learning, we are blazing a trail to ensure the success of all of our students.
I have been afforded the opportunity to work in several districts, but have spent the majority of my career in CMS. I am a graduate of the North Carolina Teaching Fellows Program and received my B.S. degree in Mathematics Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (Aggie Pride!). I earned a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and certification in Educational Leadership from Wingate University (Go Bulldogs)……… Do you sense some type of bulldog theme????
I am originally from Southport, NC and absolutely love visiting my family and enjoying fresh Seafood from home.
